Remote Support
With remote access software we are able to connect to your system within
seconds of you calling us. Most issues can normally be resolved this way.
Engineers on site
If an issue cannot be resolved over the phone, then one of our engineers
will make a site visit as soon as possible.
Virus Protection
Many viruses these days affect entire networks, not just individual
machines. Therefore we insist on installing network virus protection both on
your servers and individual machines. Although every incoming and outgoing
email is scanned by our servers, a virus can still be picked up by other

Should one of our clients machines become infected we are able, through
remote access, to update virus definitions in the software, run scans on the
entire system, and fix/delete any infected files.
Backup/Restoration
In the case of a hard drive/system failure, we have been able to salvage
important information for our clients. This could turn out to be an
invaluable service saving enormous amounts of time and money.
